Fall Bucket List With One For Women

We’re from New England, so we get to enjoy all the seasons each year, but fall is our favorite. From football games to falling leaves, there’s something magical about this time of year – especially in New England. And while there’s never a bad time to get together with friends, fall may be the best time to enjoy those iconic seasonal activities with your besties. Here are some of our top must-dos for this fall:

Although we’re grown up, there’s no reason why we can’t spice up our spaces for the fall holidays. So if you’re feeling in the mood to add some seasonal décor to your abode, why not grab a few girlfriends, an armful of pumpkins and host a pumpkin decorating party? Bring your pumpkin spice lattes and your pumpkin beer and it’s a true fête!

Explore a pumpkin patch.

Speaking of pumpkins, why not throw on your wellies and head out to your local pumpkin patch! Perfect for bright and perfectly seasonal selfies and sure to include a classic hayride, a trip to a pumpkin patch is a must this fall.

Go apple picking.

And don’t forget the apples! Another staple of the fall season, this is the perfect way to stock up on the necessary ingredients for those mouth-watering caramel apples or delicious apple pie.

Toast s’mores around a bonfire.

Although we love a good evening fire in the summer, the fall is our favorite time to sit around the fire pit and toast s’mores. Grab a few blankets and your best gal pals and you’re sure to have an awesome night filled with heartwarming conversations.

Go on a “leaf-peeping” scenic tour.

Being in New England, we are awash with gorgeous scenic drives, especially in the fall, but no matter where you live, partake in this perfect fall activity – hop in your car, grab a pumpkin spice latte and go in search of those perfect fall colors.

Watch a scary movie.

Looking for that perfect girls night? Invite your besties over for a bit of a scare and enjoy those classics that are perfect around Halloween (Amityville Horror, anyone?). Make it extra special by turning it into a sleepover and building a fort in front of the TV. Who doesn’t love forts?

Be thankful.

Although we think there are reasons to be grateful year round, the fall is an especially good time to tell your friends and family how much they mean to you. Send a nice note or a cute card to let them know just how glad you are to have them in your life.

From the burst of colors to the mouthwatering flavors, fall is one of our favorite times to get out and explore with our favorite people. We’re so excited to dive into this year’s fall bucket list – what’s on your bucket list?
