As we wrap up our 30 Days of Kindness Challenge, it was only fitting to have an episode not only reflecting on the past month, but on the importance of realizing how powerful your voice really is. Many of you probably realized how one small gesture during these last 30 days really made an impact on someone and their lives. The same applies for when we use our outer voice and inner strength to stand up for what we believe in, even during tough times. That one voice can make such an incredible difference. In this episode, we talk all about the current state of our world and how women’s voices are being heard now more than ever. It is during these controversial times that it is most important to not give up and instead to keep amplifying our voices. We talk about imposter syndrome and how we can become afraid of not having enough knowledge to speak our truths. Even if just one person is watching and listening to you, you can make an impact. I share stories and give tangible tips for how to speak up more and get over those roadblocks that are holding you back. It is my hope that this episode gives you the confidence you need to speak up and recognize that your opinions in the world are more valuable than you believe.
