Despite making advances in equality in the workplace and in leadership roles, women are still bearing the burden of running the household. Even when men are doing 50% of the labor, the burden of overseeing everything falls on our shoulders. We’re stuck as the CEOs, the Project Managers, the “naggin” you-know-whats who have to delegate everything.
