Where are the products from?
All of our products are sourced from women-owned or women-run companies (at least 50% of the leadership team are women). Our products are from all over the United States. Know of a cool company that fits the bill? Recommend a product partner here.
What comes with the gift?
Our gifts and gift sets are shipped directly in our colorful eco-box with all of the beautiful products that you see on the page. On the rare occasion that we are out of stock of one item, we will personally contact you to discuss your options.
All of our gifts – whether individual items or gift sets – include a personal handwritten note and a link to information about the product(s) and the fabulous women makers behind them.
For select items, you will have the option of upgrading to a beautifully-illustrated card for your handwritten note. Any additional charge for this option will be indicated on the product page.
How often do you change your products?
We are always looking for great new products from inspiring women makers and launch new gift sets on a regular basis. Our gift sets do sell out and while we may keep similar themes in stock, the products in the gift sets are always changing!
Can I schedule my order in advance?
Absolutely! Once you get to the checkout page,On the checkout page, scroll down to “Select a Delivery Date” and choose a date that is at least 4 calendar days in advance. If you want your gift delivered as soon as possible, you do not need to select a delivery date. For gifts to be delivered at a later date, we will ship those out far enough in advance to arrive on time if there are no shipping delays, but as we cannot control for shipping delays, the delivery date is not guaranteed. Please keep in mind that gifts with perishable products (tea, chocolate, etc.) MUST be shipped within 30 days of placing your order. We will contact you via email if we have any concerns about the delivery date.
How can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible! We will do our best to honor your request but once an order is placed, we can’t guarantee it unfortunately.
Shipping & Processing
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Orders take 1-3 business days to process and 2-6 business days to ship if you choose standard shipping and depending on where it’s going. If you need a gift urgently, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll try to help you out!
If you select an expedited shipping method, we will fulfill orders placed before 12pm EDT the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm EDT will be fulfilled on the next business day.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
You sure can! On the checkout page, On the checkout page, click on the “Set Addresses” button and then choose which address you’d like each gift to ship to. If the address you want is not listed in the drop down menu, click on “Add a new shipping address” at the top of the screen to add a new address.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the U.S.
It says my gift was delivered, but my recipient never received it.
If your tracking number indicates the box was received but your recipient didn’t receive it, our customer care team will work with you to make this right. Please have your recipient check around their house/front desk/etc. (more often than not, it’s hiding somewhere!) but if they still can’t locate it, e-mail email@example.com so that we can help you work with the shipper to locate the package. We are not able to replace packages that are shown as delivered but are not located, however we can assist you in the process of filing a claim with the shipper.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final, but if any of your items arrive damaged, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to make it right.
